I want to give a huge shoutout to Tempestt Reed at Popeyes. I had an issue with a DoorDash order placed through the Popeyes website where most of my food was missing. After getting nowhere with customer support, I called the restaurant directly and Tempestt was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.

When I came in a few days later with my receipt, she handled everything with a great attitude and made sure I got taken care of. Customer service like that honestly stands out these days. She turned a frustrating experience into a positive one just by being understanding and respectful.

Thank you again Tempestt for the excellent service and for actually caring about the customer experience. Popeyes needs more employees like you.

This restaurant needs corporate to step in and take over.this restaurant is in my neighborhood and it is bad from the food to the service I can't even give it 1 star cause they don't deserve it, it's always something with them either they don't have food or they have a attitude serving you something has to be done i have been reading the comments and the restaurant has been getting bad reviews for years so as the people who patronize your Brand which is Popeyes we demand something must be done we love Popeyes food but for years this location has been under preforming for years to the people who patronize this business and it's brand

If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any Popeyes location.

The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacked basic respect. There was no greeting, no courtesy—just attitude from the start. I was polite the entire time, and was met with indifference and complete disrespect.

The most unacceptable thing was having my money tossed onto the counter instead of being handed to me like a human being followed by the employee walking away without saying a word. That’s not just poor service—that’s blatant disrespect.

At the end of the day, no one is forcing anyone to work at a job YOU choose. YOU made the choice to be in a customer-facing role, so act like it. This level of behavior reflects poorly not just on the staff, but on management as well. Clearly, there is little to no accountability or training happening at this location.

Do better! I would not recommend this location to anyone!

We went to the drive thru, no one was answering us. We kept saying hello and it was clearly open. No one was in the drive thru window. It shouldn’t take over 5 mins to get a response. We just ended up leaving. Looks like no one wants to work in this location.

The staff must’ve been overwhelmed or undermanned because there was a long wait before even placing an order. After about a 10-15 min wait, I finally placed my order. The employee who took my order clearly wasn’t in the appropriate headspace because her customer service was non existent.

After placing my order I was told to wait before proceeding to the pickup window. After a 5-10 min wait, I was told to proceed. The employee who took my order came to the window while having a personal phone call on speaker. No greeting was extended.

After paying, I received 2 drinks and was told to pull to the side and wait for the rest of my order. After about another 10 mins, the employee who took my order walks to my car to hand me my food. She gave me the bag and just walked away. I said thank you. She didn’t bother to respond. I don’t expect much from fast food restaurants but to not even receive the bare minimum? Not that it matters but I won’t be returning.
