I asked for light ice and they lady told me it wouldnt be filled. I told her that how I always order my coffee (light ice). She raised her voice and said thats what her manager said and walked off. I shared she is the only one who has ever said that, and got my drink. Apparently we pay for ice because without ice, you dont have a full cup of coffee, which is what I thought I was paying for.
