They didn’t and weren’t planning on making any that day but Konrad was kind enough to make one for me and had it ready for us quickly. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it so much! “During my visit on 9/24/25, I ordered 3 mini cookies for me and my 2 young daughters. My kiddo dropped the box and ruined one of the cookies. Without hesitation, an associate offered to replace the cookie and packaged it so very nicely. Customer service at its finest and rare nowadays. Well done!“

“Had my daughter’s baby shower cake made here. Julie was so easy to work with and gave me great advice. I had several guests who needed gluten free and Julie and her staff were able to make the whole cake gluten free. It was so delicious that my guests thought it was the best they’ve had. “Estuvimos en chicago Chrystal lake Illinois y pasamos a Anas cakes and bakery probamos los mejores volobanes de pollo y jamón con queso! También la quesadilla llevamos para mandar a nuestras familias en otros estados , Probamos el mejor pastel de tres leches y como es famosa por sus deliciosos pasteles encargamos nuestro pastel de bodas y fue espectacular lo más elegante y hermoso y delicioso !!!! Recomendado al cien! Si andan en Chicago deben ir a probar Anas cakes and bakery ❤️“

“Pizza crust is freshly baked and you can absolutely tell this was made in a bakery. Best in the area. “We met my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters for lunch. My daughter-in-law arrived before us and said that Ethan had pulled together a table for our group, adjusted the blinds as it was warm in there and offered some broken cookies for the kids as they couldn't be sold. Another gentleman came and cleared some plates. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed our lunch.“
