“(2/16/26) first time customer, custard was very good , service (kinda of pricey)was friendly and upbeat my only concern need outside table instead of the flat hard benches so older people with limitations can enjoy and outside experiences but I will be back🤗😍“

When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

“I had my doubts upon walking in because of the look of the space but I was very pleasantly surprised! The churros are fresh, crunchy on the outside and gooey on the side with delicious various fillings

“Super friendly guys there. This was my 2nd Crumbl stop tonight as the 1st one off Golf (across from golf mill mall) did not honor my free bulls mini cookie. They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“

“First time coming, and I wasn't sure they accepted credit cards, but they do, so that's great. The flavor of the bread is good. The employee is very nice. I got some bread for día de los Muertos ? and the turtle concha ? was so cute my kid didn't want to eat. The place is clean and very nice decorated. Street parking. I'll be returning because I want to try their cakes.“

“My wife and I love coming here! But, you really need to have the cashiers start taking names for the orders at the walk-up. When there’s a crowd and the workers are yelling the order, especially when it doesn’t come out at once, causes a lot of confusion. If they yell out a name, someone will answer immediately.“

“I decided to try them while scrolling Uber Eats looking for lunch. Who says you can’t have a banana split and fruit salad for lunch? They were amazing! I also found out they have a shop close to my house. So last night’s snack was nachos, Mangonadas, and of course a banana split! FYI the banana split is a meal all on its own so plan to share if eating other things. I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
