“Yum!!!! The waffle was so yummy!! We got the strawberry Nutella and it was so yummy. The waffle was crispy and soft. It was a great texture. The amount of cream and Nutella with fruit was a good ratio as well. Not too much of anything.

“Everything about these macaroons was great. Flavor and texture were spot on. We had Pistachio, Earl Grey, Lemon Lavender and Strawberry Chocolate ones. Earl Grey is a must if you like tea flavor remotely. Store attendent was nice, friendly, and provided recs. These were the best macaroons we've had so far in Chicago. Just go in, don't hesistate!!“

“We walked past this spot on our way to the book store. My son spotted it right away and insisted we stop. I got a chocolate chip cookie and it was amazing. I was surprised by how soft and tasty the cookie was.

“Ohhh sweet summer flavors and memories are found at Xurro! They have a great menu of many ways to get your sugar fix from sundaes to smoothies and seasonal flavors too. You can even get a variety of flavors in your ice cream base, vanilla or strawberry or Superman! It being my first time I decided on a classic sundae with churros and I was pleasantly surprised. The churros are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and have the perfect dusting of sugar. It was gone before I made it home! A little on the higher side for price but it’s fair for all that you get.“

“I went to this location. The staff was friendly when I walked in. Also, I tried the dirty soda when they were having a free promotion and they were a good refreshing drink if you need a pickup in the afternoon. Come check out this location in a big shopping center with lots of other stores.“

I got some bread for día de los Muertos ? and the turtle concha ? was so cute my kid didn't want to eat. The place is clean and very nice decorated. Street parking. “Super friendly guys there. This was my 2nd Crumbl stop tonight as the 1st one off Golf (across from golf mill mall) did not honor my free bulls mini cookie. They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“

I got a brownie with ice cream but I was tempted to get those $1 cookies 🍪 😩 😂. Fyi my brown with Carmel and peanut butter ice was delicious 😋. She actually suggested the ice and I was glad! “My daughter and I were just there a few days ago. Both our shakes were amazing, the cookie we bought for later melted in our mouths. The person behind the counter was extremely helpful, it was a little busy being labor day weekend but he had everyone in and out in a timely manner. Would highly recommend for a treat, catering, really any event for the little ones or big kids at heart.“

“Our Karaoke group was leaving Brando's for the evening on 6/26/26. One of us saw this place and was raving about their cookies so we went there for a treat. Walk in and it's busy in there. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly.

I ordered the regular sugar cookie to try. It came out fresh and WARM, OMG! I savored every bite! I wish that cookie was bigger like some of the other cookies offered.

What a great concept of offering warm cookies! I promise you, something has started with me here. I'm craving them right now! Definitely will be back - I want to try the White Chocolate Macadamia cookie next!

“OMG! as someone who is celiac having this from a gluten free facility is AMAZING. I just got my order and I dug into a cookie dough bite, yes gluten free stuff tends to be gritty BUT this is so much better than when I was first having to be gf. I am so THRILLED that this place delivers, I felt like a kid in a candy store ordering and opening my box. and the best thing is I have sensitive teeth and IT DIDNT HURT MY TEETH! I will absolutely be a regular customer this is AMAZING. Not too sweet but sweet enough and gluten free facility is a DREAM!!!!“
