The lady at the register was super friendly when I visited around 10:35pm yesterday on a busy Fri night. She even offered everyone 20 cookies for $20. I got a brownie with ice cream but I was tempted to get those $1 cookies 🍪 😩 😂. Fyi my brown with Carmel and peanut butter ice was delicious 😋. She actually suggested the ice and I was glad! Thank you 😊
I went into Insomnia Cookies on my lunch break and Xavier was so helpful. When I came in he was so full of energy we talked about cookies and my favorite the brownies. I was kind of undecided of what I wanted and he help me pick out what I wanted. Thank you X for your great customer service
Amazing! We were looking for a sweet treat after dinner and these did not disappoint!! Warm and gooey goodness. Friendly staff and fair prices.

Insomnia Cookies offers a simple and easy ordering process, with cookies pulled straight from the oven. The snickerdoodle, chocolate chunk, and classic m&m cookies were enjoyed by one customer. However, another customer found the service to be disappointing, with staff appearing confused and rude, and a mix-up in the ice cream order. The ice cream and cookie were described as average and okay, respectively. The cookies were surprisingly a bit cold for one customer. The location is small. Overall, opinions on Insomnia Cookies are mixed, with positive feedback for the cookies but areas for improvement in service. Some customers mention that while the cookies are decent and served warm late at night, they can be found cheaper and better at other bakeries or grocery stores. There was an incident where a delivery driver was delayed over 1.5 hours, but staff quickly resolved the issue by sending extra cookies and a different delivery person. Regular visitors appreciate that this location always has cookies available and is clean, with friendly staff.
