Mug's Pizza and Ribs of Melrose Park

Best pizza ever and we are used to Mom's homemade. We ordered the stuffed pizza with sausage and mushrooms. The mozzarella was real, the sausage was awesome and they didn't skimp on the ingredients. Best pizza ever. They beat Nick and Bruno's hands down. No comparison whatsoever. Total price with 26 something with taxes and it was well worth it. You guys make the best pizza ever.

20 mins for 2 hot dogs and fries, crazy!!!! Can’t take a lunch at this place ever again, 1st and last time.

Hidden gem for this area great food best hot dog and fried chicken Ive had in years

Ordered 2 orders of cheese fries with two extra cheese cups on the side pick them up and ran some errands when I got home. The fries were hard like a rock inedible as if they were cardboard. I did call and talked with a gentleman who told me that there’s nothing he could do basically was my fault because I got them a hour ago and that’s why they are hard . poor quality of food poor customer service also he needs to make himself aware & more knowledgeable about the food industry see picture below.

I ordered fries with some cheese dip so like cheese fries basically I got home and they were hard as concrete where you couldn’t even bite into them. They had the cheese dip upside down where it spilt all Over the tinfoil they had it wrapped in I assume to keep warm. Cheese was everywhere and the fries were hard as concrete, so I called to tell them that my fries were that hard and I was met with nothing but hostility the people on the phone wanted to argue with me telling me it was my fault because I got the fries and had to drive home so they had To get hard on my way home. I have never heard in my life of french fries getting hard on the drive home. The people at mugs I spoke to on the phone are absolutely unprofessional, and the food is horrible. You Call the restaurant to complain about the Food being hard is concrete and you’re blamed as a customer for driving them home to eat them and also like I said the employees are absolutely rude are no help and very ignorant not a place I would ever come back to or eat at ever again. Save yourself the time and money and find somewhere better to go.

My experience was amazing from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Dig many dishes of yours, and this is not a knock I just spoil my dogs, they love biscuits and gravy only more than the potatoes al gratin. I can devour 1 np, thank u for all the great meals

Usually really good, you guys should stick to your own delivery service though as I never get orders from des plaines or here and when I do its no tip or 2, 3, 4 dollar tips. I cant accept deliveries here :/ ubereats, doordash.

It was my first time trying Chicago style pizza, I live in Detroit and this place was recommended by family who lives in Chicago. I was incredibly impressed, the pizza was huge and everything was fresh, the portions for the price are great, definitely will be back anytime I'm visiting Chicago again!

This place delivered a smaller than 18 inch pizza in a box labeled 18 inch. Whoever works the phone on Sundays was very rude and didn't accommodate us at all when we have been customers the last few years. Never again.
