Terrible service did an online pick up for 5:30 stood waiting for helpful 10 mins. They finally ask for my name and just then start making my food, now 20 mins past the pick up time. The food was awful. Fries were tough and old. The chicken was spongy under cooked. They didn't even give me a combo that was ordered. A sauce container was punctured open. The guy swiped my phone to confirm my order and went straight to handling food. No gloves no hairnet. Over paid for complete garbage. Nobody would eat fries or chicken.

The chicken old and cold ,the handle my food didn't wash their hands bc my bag smelled of cigarettes and I don't smoke,I don't recommend this place

Two Mexican girls with attitude. Gave us Mac and cheese, but no fork. When we asked, she turned her back on the drive thru window, and acted like they didn't hear. We had to toss the food after opening. Taking no chances. Especially the chubby one with a big gold chain.

Ordered food and it came out within 10 minutes got down the street and realized I was missing food came back and waited 30 minutes for my food and felt as if I was the problem because my food sat on the counter and didn't even compensate me for their inconvenience and the food that wax already made is cold and I will not be back

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Delivery awful, drive thru awful, walk in awful. Constantly getting orders wrong and late and the manager is rude, disrespectful and don’t care. This Popeyes needs new management asap. Drive a bit further if you need to.

When there for late night food and it was nasty took forever to get my food the manger was counting money on the counter and can see her right through the window she was also picking her ear and smelling it right after I my Mac and cheeses had a 1in layer of dry cheeses chicken stripes where hard and one was cooked together so they didn't even cook right. I put all my food in the trash
