This is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Fries tasted chemically. THE mashed had zero taste with even less gravy. I didn't dare to eat the chicken.

My experience was not satisfied. One man with black hoody had his phone on while taking my order. I double check with him of what size fries what I get and he shows a box shape of rectangle but end up getting a smaller portion. If I knew I was going to get a smaller portion I would’ve order another fries. Lady who give me the food look confuse on why I was still there and it’s obviously I did not get my drink. It’s the third time they had to switch someone to window. When receiving my drink one of them was incorrect. Is the order screen not working? Once I got home I didn’t mind the confusion of my drink. But once I realize I also did not receive my sides that’s when I felt unsatisfied. Not sure why the team did not double check with one another when switching to window, double check my bag, or apologize my drink was incorrect. Whoever is the shift manager is doing a poor job of putting people in their position. Feel free to look at cameras if you and the team felt like I was incorrect

This location always messes up my order. I ask for boneless I get bone in. I ask for spicy I get mild. I will say if I go inside to order they get it correct but if I go through the driveway I just know it’s wrong. Best bet is to go to a different location. L on the service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a chicken tender combo and specifically asked for barbecue sauce. When I checked the bag, there was no sauce in the bag at all. I went back inside to ask about it, and the employee told me that tenders don’t come with sauce, which is completely inaccurate because the tender combo does include sauce. On top of that, my drink wasn’t even filled all the way. I was forced to pay extra for sauce, because of the employee’s incorrect information.

Customer service and accuracy clearly need improvement at this location. Very frustrating experience.
