“Every summer for 5 years now, we've driven from Missouri to meet my husband's sister and mom, who come down from Wisconsin. Cindy's is the halfway point, where we "exchange custody" of his mom for a few weeks. The service is great, food is great as well. Meeting at Cindy's every summer has become tradition!”

“We drove to Mendota to visit a museum that had a section dedicated to Wild Bill Hickock. After that we began to look for a local food place to have lunch. We stopped to ask someone who was on their porch, and they said we should try Parkway. My grandson and I loved the place. Such friendly people working there. I asked our waitress if they were all family, because they all looked they could be, haha. She said they were a family. Grandson ordered a big hamburger meal and I chose the pork tenderloin. He was happy with his meal, and I must say the tenderloin was not only big, it was so very delicious. One of the best I have ever eaten. Not sure when we will get back to Mendota, but when we do I know where we will have a meal. God bless this family.”

The staff is very friendly and informative. She was awesome ! This seems to be a place I will commonly visit due to the wide range of healthy delicious products and great service.”
