It’s so rude to customers to be ignored when the staff is focused on mobile orders instead of in-person customers. I’ve been to the shop three times, and each time I have watched customers walk out the door because the staff is more focused on mobile orders and not in-person customers. Customers are not even greeted as they walk in the door. I’ve stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by a staff member.
