Staff very friendly and food was good! BUT, 1 person running front & Drive thru with no help is too much! Customers waiting for food quite awhile.

Hardee's in Metropolis is known for its friendly and efficient staff, especially Angela, who consistently provides excellent customer service with a smile. The team includes other great employees like Lacy, Kendra, and Lexi, who help create a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant maintains a clean and well-kept facility, offering a good mix of national chain quality standards and small-town charm. Customers appreciate the fresh food and attentive service, with Angela going above and beyond to ensure orders are correct and ingredients like ranch are available. Many visitors enjoy the breakfast options and specific sandwiches, often returning for their favorites. The staff's warmth and friendliness make it a popular spot for locals and travelers alike.
