“My family and I come to Last Chance very often. My husband and I went for our anniversary this last May because the bartenders, establishment and food have always been phenomenal. The girls who work there go above and beyond when my small kids are with us and we really do love spending time there. This last Thursday someone was working who I had not seen before.. and to say the least I thought she was very rude. I was almost embarrassed because we had friends in town and were so excited to show them our new favorite spot. She said she would not take our food order outside, we had to go in and get our own drinks, and when food came out I had to grab it from her as she made no effort to come down the ramp and set it down at our table. I’m not one to complain but I really wasn’t impressed with the bluntness and cold shoulder attitude. I think her name was Alexis. We will be back, as I really can’t say enough how great this place is. I really hope it was a fluke.“

“Friendly tap was great. Your local corner bar / pub with good food! Had fish specials, fried cod and catfish dinners. They were very good, nothing fancy and you got what you expected. Value and good food doesn't have to be $100 a person , just good food at a reasonable price. Pub only has 8 tables and the bar and they were full and had people waiting for tables. Great place to go, will be back again soon.“

“Sonya is my hero. She made me realize what to expect in a bartender. My life has changed forever and I am a better man. I cannot believe the excellence in such a small bar. I will always come here and talk to her. She is better than any bartender I have had in Chicago and Naperville combined. Does not take advantage of you for money. My favorite bar. Affordable beer and excellent service. This is my new go to bar.“
