“I had an amazing experience at the Cinnabon in Louis Joliet Mall today! Destinee and Kiara were absolutely incredible. They had a sale going on — buy two, get one free — and at first I wasn’t interested. But their personalities and customer service were so on point that they talked me right into it.

They were patient, kind, and really made me feel welcomed. I even asked for the middle bun because it looked soft and gooey, and they let me know it was fresh out of the oven. They weren’t kidding — the heat was coming straight through the bag!

“I found this gem by accident and will certainly be coming back! I had two tacos (chicken and tripe) and both were delicious. The ingredients were fresh and well seasoned and a good size. I also had a green shake which was a great healthy addition.
The service was friendly and informative. Mr S. was absolutely amazing. I was so full, but I wanted to take something home so I also ordered a torta. I’ll let you know how that was. Highly recommend.“

“Just stopped by for some lemonade and cinnamon pretzel nuggets. Meghana C. was super friendly. The lemonade was delicious (as usual) and the pretzel nuggets were also great! After reading the sign on their window and some of these reviews, I can’t believe that they even have to explain wait times and kindness/patience to grown adults. We spent way less than 10 minutes in the drive thru from start to finish, received friendly service and great tasting food. How can you find something to complain about? I will continue to support this location even if there is a wait because I would love for them to stick around for a long time.“
