“Just stopped by for some lemonade and cinnamon pretzel nuggets. Meghana C. was super friendly. The lemonade was delicious (as usual) and the pretzel nuggets were also great! After reading the sign on their window and some of these reviews, I can’t believe that they even have to explain wait times and kindness/patience to grown adults. We spent way less than 10 minutes in the drive thru from start to finish, received friendly service and great tasting food. How can you find something to complain about? I will continue to support this location even if there is a wait because I would love for them to stick around for a long time.“

We have gone to this bakery many times and I am never disappointed. The flavor is so delicious and the frosting is so creamy and delightful. We have tried probably 10 of her cupcakes and they’re all great, a very delicious red velvet as well which I am picky about. And their macaroons are the best I’ve ever had as well. “I was looking for a place to get an edible image and I couldn’t find any where near me to do it. The next option wouldn’t have been online but I wouldn’t receive it until a week and half later. I was blessed to find Hansen’s Edible Photos. She was quick to respond to my inquiry and as soon as we were done speaking she had already completed an image for me to see by email. Once I payed it she sent it out asap . I received it in a day and half. Miss Pam is an angel because she was quick to get my order out and on time and gave me a finished protect we are truly pleased with. We will be ordering from her again! “Edited, I got a refund today from the wrong transaction. Had the owner not been hostile he could have confirmed which one it was with me on the phone. Instead I got shorted. Terrible experience today. CHARGED ME TWICE, DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND! Machine said an error with my card, i called my card company in the store upon their request there are no problems with my card. I was there was there over 50 MIN waiting for them to try to give a refund . Employee very sarcastic and gave me a thumbs up when i said i was going to give bad reviews online. May have to contest it with bank to get money back. Another employee argued with me when i said i was waiting almost an hour. Who argues with customers? I asked for something free for waiting and they acted like they were doing me a favor giving me samples to take home, she said i thought you did keto, I said yes but i can give it to my family. I had bought white bread so obviously someone was eating it. Always liked coming here for the quality of products, but i will never come back. They need to get rid of these two. Talked to the owner today he called me. He was angry and defensive the whole time. He is very rude! Needs to take an anger management class. Didn't even hear out my complaint, but was yelling and said I wasn't welcome back and hung up on me! Believe me I do not want to go back! Where is my refund! Your employees should know the ingredients in your products, what if someone had an allergy and became ill because of wrong information given. I was told the gluten free flour was made from almond flour. Had I not come back in because I forgot something i wouldnt have known that wasnt true. All they needed to do was exchange one bread for another instead of trying to refund me unsuccessfully and then recharging me.“

I wasn't familiar with the menu options and the staff was happy to help. I ordered an iced coffee and unfortunately, there wasn't a sugar-free flavor option. So, they reduced the squirts of flavor so it wasn't as tasty as other places I have visited. If I had ordered the cinnamon rolls, my rating probably would have been higher. I have had to reduce my sugar and gluten so the iced coffee was the best I could do. I would love to see Cinnabon venture into a sugar-free gluten-free option. No one else has dominated this space.“

“I had an amazing experience at the Cinnabon in Louis Joliet Mall today! Destinee and Kiara were absolutely incredible. They had a sale going on — buy two, get one free — and at first I wasn’t interested. But their personalities and customer service were so on point that they talked me right into it.

They were patient, kind, and really made me feel welcomed. I even asked for the middle bun because it looked soft and gooey, and they let me know it was fresh out of the oven. They weren’t kidding — the heat was coming straight through the bag!

I just wanted to highlight that they did an amazing job. I genuinely felt appreciated coming to this location today. It was a great experience all around.“
