“Just stopped by for some lemonade and cinnamon pretzel nuggets. Meghana C. was super friendly. The lemonade was delicious (as usual) and the pretzel nuggets were also great! After reading the sign on their window and some of these reviews, I can’t believe that they even have to explain wait times and kindness/patience to grown adults. We spent way less than 10 minutes in the drive thru from start to finish, received friendly service and great tasting food. How can you find something to complain about? I will continue to support this location even if there is a wait because I would love for them to stick around for a long time.“

She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with answering questions and making recommendations. It’s always so refreshing to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys what they do and cares about customers having a positive experience.

The service overall was excellent — quick, organized, and professional. And the cookies? Absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. There’s a great variety to choose from.

We were blown away at how friendly the owner is, how cool this place is, and HOW DELICIOUS THE FOOD IS!!! We were told to try the clam chowder and anything with jammy bacon. We tried both things and both were so good! This place reminds me of the TV program, Cheers, because it’s very easy to talk with people; we can’t wait to go back next month :-)“

“Very nice place I never noticed before. They have small bands playing her in an intimate setting. Beer is ice cold and the setting has a cool vibe to it. Very retro, barkeep is not friendly but if he was I think it would ruin the image. Go here for a cold brew and hot local music“

“I was looking for a place to get an edible image and I couldn’t find any where near me to do it. The next option wouldn’t have been online but I wouldn’t receive it until a week and half later. I was blessed to find Hansen’s Edible Photos. She was quick to respond to my inquiry and as soon as we were done speaking she had already completed an image for me to see by email. Once I payed it she sent it out asap . I received it in a day and half. Miss Pam is an angel because she was quick to get my order out and on time and gave me a finished protect we are truly pleased with. We will be ordering from her again! “Was at the rustic fox today. Purchased the gf chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious. However the owner who was selling them was on the phone the entire time. Had to ask how much the cookies were. He said what kind of gf cookie was it then gave me the price. I purchased the cookies. He couldn’t even say thank you since he was on the phone. I thought that was pretty rude. Poor customer service“

Terrible experience today. CHARGED ME TWICE, DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND! Machine said an error with my card, i called my card company in the store upon their request there are no problems with my card. I was there was there over 50 MIN waiting for them to try to give a refund . Employee very sarcastic and gave me a thumbs up when i said i was going to give bad reviews online. May have to contest it with bank to get money back. Another employee argued with me when i said i was waiting almost an hour. Who argues with customers? I asked for something free for waiting and they acted like they were doing me a favor giving me samples to take home, she said i thought you did keto, I said yes but i can give it to my family. I had bought white bread so obviously someone was eating it. Always liked coming here for the quality of products, but i will never come back. They need to get rid of these two. Talked to the owner today he called me. He was angry and defensive the whole time. He is very rude! Needs to take an anger management class. Didn't even hear out my complaint, but was yelling and said I wasn't welcome back and hung up on me! Believe me I do not want to go back! Where is my refund! Your employees should know the ingredients in your products, what if someone had an allergy and became ill because of wrong information given. I was told the gluten free flour was made from almond flour. Had I not come back in because I forgot something i wouldnt have known that wasnt true. All they needed to do was exchange one bread for another instead of trying to refund me unsuccessfully and then recharging me.“

I wasn't familiar with the menu options and the staff was happy to help. I ordered an iced coffee and unfortunately, there wasn't a sugar-free flavor option. So, they reduced the squirts of flavor so it wasn't as tasty as other places I have visited. If I had ordered the cinnamon rolls, my rating probably would have been higher. I have had to reduce my sugar and gluten so the iced coffee was the best I could do. I would love to see Cinnabon venture into a sugar-free gluten-free option. No one else has dominated this space.“

“I had an amazing experience at the Cinnabon in Louis Joliet Mall today! Destinee and Kiara were absolutely incredible. They had a sale going on — buy two, get one free — and at first I wasn’t interested. But their personalities and customer service were so on point that they talked me right into it.

They were patient, kind, and really made me feel welcomed. I even asked for the middle bun because it looked soft and gooey, and they let me know it was fresh out of the oven. They weren’t kidding — the heat was coming straight through the bag!
