“This bakery has my favorite vanilla cupcake that I’ve ever had in my life. And I have worked at Sprinkles Cupcakes and tasted all of their cupcakes, and also tried every bakery around. We have gone to this bakery many times and I am never disappointed. The flavor is so delicious and the frosting is so creamy and delightful. We have tried probably 10 of her cupcakes and they’re all great, a very delicious red velvet as well which I am picky about. And their macaroons are the best I’ve ever had as well. I was blessed to find Hansen’s Edible Photos. She was quick to respond to my inquiry and as soon as we were done speaking she had already completed an image for me to see by email. Once I payed it she sent it out asap . I received it in a day and half. “Was at the rustic fox today. Purchased the gf chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious. However the owner who was selling them was on the phone the entire time. Had to ask how much the cookies were. He said what kind of gf cookie was it then gave me the price. I purchased the cookies. He couldn’t even say thank you since he was on the phone. I thought that was pretty rude. Poor customer service“

“I had an amazing experience at the Cinnabon in Louis Joliet Mall today! Destinee and Kiara were absolutely incredible. They had a sale going on — buy two, get one free — and at first I wasn’t interested. But their personalities and customer service were so on point that they talked me right into it.

They were patient, kind, and really made me feel welcomed. I even asked for the middle bun because it looked soft and gooey, and they let me know it was fresh out of the oven. They weren’t kidding — the heat was coming straight through the bag!

I just wanted to highlight that they did an amazing job. I genuinely felt appreciated coming to this location today. It was a great experience all around.“
