“Did 2 pickup orders in the last 2 weeks that were perfect. Had two different young employees that were very pleasant, professional, and friendly. My son is very excited that there is still a good pretzel place not too far away from us. The ones near us closed throughout the last 3 or 4 years. The orders were made fresh and ready at the designated time. Just in and out, so simple. Would recommend!“

“My husband stopped in this morning, and was the first time.... after an appointment...he just happened to see a bakery sign! He brought home a half dozen donuts, and wow, I have to say they were absolutely amazing! New fav! That jelly donut, omg...and the maple...and holy moly....the maple with the toffee on it...just WOW! We will be back, no doubt about it! Everyone needs to know about you!!!!“

“Panera foods tastes Great! TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE operation at this Yorkville location. They are confused and they do not care about customers for some crazy reason! Particularly if you call in your order drive all the way over there and pick it up when you get home you realize that almost every time something is missing. How many thousands of dollars do you think they’re losing by terrible customer service.“

“Their butter cookies are delicious. They remind me of the cookies my high school sold and which I have been craving for years. They are lovely people I met at the Oswego market and so happy to help support their small business by being a customer.
