I placed an order through the app today. I applied a coupon, but it did not come off. When I went to pick up my order through the drive thru I explained what had happened. The young man that was at the window was very helpful. Kho was his name. He was quickly fixed my order and I have to say, he is a very nice, friendly person and had a smile the whole time. He even offered me a free soda for the inconvenience. Keep up the GREAT work Kho!!!! With customer service like...
