I love smoothie king, but todays experience there was one for the books. I will always recommend this place!
When I came in 2 weeks I saw two new employees working, one of them went to the back to ask for help to some guy name Danny and he didn’t help them. After a while of one of them going back and forth to help he finally decided to come up and help. He ignored the guy who asked for help because he said he was clocked out and stayed in the store after that. Not bad experience just make sure the new employees receive help and the old ones help better than just stand in the back...read full review
My first time here, loved the smoothie but I felt bad for the only person working on Sunday. There's a lot of customers and he's the only one for all of us. 2 staff came later that helped him

Despite some minor issues, such as the limit on accepted bill amounts ($10 maximum), this Smoothie King location has a loyal customer base and stands out from others in terms of its welcoming atmosphere. Customers love the service and smoothies, which are exceptional and prepared by friendly individuals. The Mokena location is known for consistently delivering great smoothie bowls, even for mobile orders, which arrive frozen but soft enough to enjoy. Though it lacks a drive-thru, the extra time to visit this location is worth it for the quality of the smoothies.
