I haven’t been to Wendy’s in years, I visited the driver thru at the Mokena location 2 times in the last week only to be told that the system was down and couldn’t take any orders, after trying to place a complaint with Wendy’s Corporate via their complaint form that won’t let you send it to them, so then I tried calling Wendy’s Corporate complaint line and that is disconnected. Terrible Service....I went to this location because it was close to my office for lunch today. Entered the drive thru lane @ 11:55am. It took almost 40 mins to get they drive thru. Lobby not open even for just order & leave. Finally get to order @ 12:35. Took over 25 mins just to get far enough to order food. After I order & get to pick up window staff hands me 2 drinks.
