“Went there tonight with a group of about 20 & Jonathan our waiter was beyond excellent! He stayed on top of everything, friendly, and was just an excellent server. Keep that guy around because he is doing a great job!“

“All I’m going to say is WOW. I wish I could rate them a million stars lol I first had their food at the cinco de mayo festival and was obsessed since then. I was finally in the area again and went to their actual restaurant to get more of their food. There was a little mix up where we got charge for a second meal on accident so they offered to refund us and the girl was so apologetic. But the way I look at it is I got lucky lol i was able to have extra for later that day for dinner instead. Definitely amazing customer service and the food is literally top notch. I cannot wait to go back and get more. Hopefully soon. But I HIGHLY recommend them.“

“I just want to give a shoutout to the staff at the restaurant today. Many of my co-workers chose to eat here on our lunch break. I heard it mentioned that they were short staffed, but they handled it with Grace and the food was fantastic!“

“Visited Pancheros for the first time today I was a little nervous because people have always told me it’s just like it’s competition which i don’t like at all but I’m trying to step out of my comfort zone and give things a try again, but let me say though the concept is similar they don’t even compare in my eyes. Today i received amazing customer service from the man and woman at the front of house today they were very patient with all of my questions and helpful in helping me decide what to try, again with comparison to the “competition” we settled on the burrito because the gentleman guaranteed I’d like it more here, and he was not wrong it was genuinely a 9/10 for me i hate burritos usually but again I'm trying to step out of my comfort zone and try things again to expand my food horizons. I’m half Hispanic so I’m usually hitting the local spots that are small but i will definitely be back here in the future because of the quality and customer service! Also the carbonation on that soda machine is crazy amazing honestly had a pretty “spicy” or “electric” coke there today dang near or if i dare say actually better than a McDonalds one ! 10/10 from a new customer thank you Pancheros!“

“I go to this specific Taco Bell as it is the one who gets the order correct the most. It used to be super fast, too, but I think they stopped keeping plenty of people on staff. I usually end up with the same crew who are constantly rushing trying to make everything and get it all out to customers. They always apologize for it being slower and are super nice even with being grossly understaffed and overwhelmed. The one time they forgot something, I mentioned it and they quickly remedied the situation. The food is always good. So far my favorite Taco Bell to go to.“
