I would say in the past I would have given them a 5. But, their food is just average now. High priced and doesn't match what you pay for it. The service used to be excellent. Now it's just average.
After being away from the USA 6 yrs in Austria, it seemed like everything was noticeably different. I almost had to re-experience everything I thought I knew again for the first time. I used to visit Panera in North Carolina once in a while.

I make Panera bread in moline, IL my first stop every day . The employees know my name and greet me when I walk in .and today as I sat at the favorite table after I ordered my food on the kiosks the wonderful employee Karina brought me my breakfast to my table . WOW that was great . That may not happen every day but today Karina had time and it was great of her to do that .and I do give praise to all of the employees and management staff at this location . And yes great food !!!
