The ribs had a distinct ashy taste. They either need to clean the pit more often, or have a dirty smoke. The bark on the ribs was OK, the sugar in the rub was a bit burnt but still a good flavor.
The sides were solid, beans and onion rings, as well as the pretzel bites and beer cheese.

The fried cauliflower, wings and onion rings were delicious! However, I ordered the pulled pork and instead of shredded pork I got pork ends, like the bottom of the barrel so I was not impressed with that and I need to remember to order my barbecue dry. They put sauce on it and I don't like that. Nice environment. Service was great!
By far some of the best ribs I have ever eaten. Will definitely come eat here again. Wednesday special ribs!!!!!

You don't know the menu, nor do you even care.when (we) the customer ask about menu items it's because (we) are interested.dont say I DONT KNOW THE MENU .its a bbq joint learn your job &menu or quit.being a bar tender does take people skills.Food was good service will keep me away. This family of 5 won't be back

The ribs were awesome. The brisket was a little lean, for me. The pulled pork is just average. The atmosphere is genuine. No frills.
