“Our orders are almost always correct, but we have had a few issues with having to ask for corrections and the staff gets a bit annoyed. The location is also super inconvenient because the drive thru line backs up out of the parking lot very often, so it blocks the route between the Dunkin and Sam's parking lots.“

I was immediately happily greeted (caution if you're one of those grumpy morning people) and shown the extensive menu. I ordered a vanilla cookie butter, chocolate frosted, and a plain for my dogs. When the staff saw I had 2 dogs eagerly waiting in the car, they tossed in an extra plain one. These donuts may send you into diabetic shock, but they are well worth it! Melt in your mouth delicious. Do NOT forget the wet nap, though! As much as you'll lick your fingers, you're gonna need need one. Highly reccomend.“

“We come here all the time, I think this is the best kept secret in Batavia.

The donuts are made fresh every day, and they they post specials on their social medias. There is a wide selection of donuts and it’s hard to pick because everything is so good!

I also really like the made to order breakfast sandwiches, you can order them a couple of different ways, but we really like the croissants. $7 for a huge sandwich and a coffee seems like a great deal!

“UPDATE on my situation with this Dunkin Donuts. (Original post below) Although it took a while and many phone calls to the owner of this location and to corporate, (I am very persistent) this issue has been resolved and I am very happy with the way it was handled. I have been paid back the $200 I spent on getting my car back from the towing company, partly in cash and partly in free coffee, which is fine with me considering the amount of coffee I consume. Just wanted to update my review since I believe in giving credit where credit is due! Very happy with the manager and staff for owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility!!! Old post: After being a returning and loyal customer to this Dunkin Donuts location for 4+ years, I am extremely appalled at the way the staff and management here treats their customers and community. Yesterday, Sunday August 6th 2017, after purchasing my daily iced coffee, my car broke down in the parking lot at around 4pm. After attempting to jumpstart my car with no luck, I went inside and asked an employee if it would be okay to leave my car in the parking lot for the day and possibly overnight, as none of the dealerships are open on Sundays. The employee told me that yes, this was fine. I returned today to find that my car had been TOWED despite the fact that I was told by an employee that it would be okay to leave it there!!!! I spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that it was MY FAULT for asking the "wrong employee" who decided not to share the information with the rest of the staff. I asked to speak with his boss, and was blatantly told, "No." I had to pay $200 to get my car back because of the EXTREME lack of communication and respect at this Dunkin Donuts location.“

I came in the morning when they were super busy so I had to wait a tad bit longer (like 2 minutes maybe) and they were so apologetic when there was no need really. on top of that the quality of the food was on point. one of the best dunkin’ donuts experiences i’ve ever had.“

“I ran in for a large coffee, and I was very happy with it. It seems to me that this Dunkin' is family owned and ran smoothly like a well-oiled machine. I watched the girl make my drink and 3 others like she could do this stuff blindfolded. It was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The restaurant itself was clean, busy, and fully stocked. “I placed a large order for an early morning staff meeting, and I was thrilled how well Joe took care of my order, down to small details such as a bag for each staff members with their name and names on the drinks! I have to add, all the lids were securely placed on the drinks! 2 coffee cups fell out of their cup holder on a turn in the car and they did not pop open!! Nothing short of a miracle! “I go here EVERY morning even though the one on galena is closer to my house and there’s a couple on my way to work. This place is the ONLY one that makes a frozen coffee perfectly. Everyone is super friendly in the drive through. They are open Christmas Day and that made my whole day!“
