Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I can't tell you about the food never got served stood there in line for 10 minutes not even a hello we will be right with you I left went to subway instead. Called the manger to tell them my complaint he acted like he didn't care really wanted to try their food guess will never know Freddy is on my do not try again list. By the way they had two cars in drive thru and I was only one in line at the store.

Parking: There was no on there at noon on a Saturday lot was empty

Yesterday was my very first time eating Freddy’s and let me tell you .. I’m not disappointed one bit! A gentleman named Ade I believe made my choices so easy. I asked him to surprise me and he did not disappoint! Cheese curds 10/10 double cheeseburger my goodness 12/10

I have always loved Freddy’s since I lived in San Antonio, so when we got 1 here in the Montgomery area, I was stoked! Anyway the staff here is amazing! always respectful and adhering to the highest customer service. Shoutout to Tate, Rafa and Julian. You guys deserve a raise!

Made first visit last weekend and expected a busy, vibrant atmosphere being it was close to dinner rush period on a Saturday. Instead not only was the drive thru closed, but the shop only had 1 other guest in the dining area. Overall everything seemed a bit unkempt and staff seemed distracted. Not what i expected, although we liked the style of these burgers, but experientially not impressed enough for a return visit.

Impressed by this visit -

It took a very long time to get the food through the drive thru (normal, expected)
They tried to give me a drink I didn't order
They offered me marinara and then didn't put it in
They didn't give me enough bbq sauce
They burned the cheese curds
They put the food on its side and didn't close the box and it all fell out

Worst experience at a Freddy's ever. Floors filthy and sticky. Slow service. No ice. Had a tub full of ice with a cup to get your own. Soda machine did not have the dispenser nozzles attached and was spewing soda everywhere. Told the mgr and he said he was doing all he could. Not one clean table Took food to go instead and ended up throwing most away as we thought about the conditions of the restaurant.

Food was just ok, sloppy and took a while as there were only two people working. Got a custard and my bananas were brown, yup, brown. Almost as if they were already pre cut which is a no no, just simply took them out to be tossed. Not in my top 10 places to come back to.

Ordered ahead, it’s been 35 minutes and my order is still not ready. The food is always wonderful here, the wait times are excessive.

Ridiculous long wait. There was just 2 cars in front me at the drive through and it took over 30 mins to get my hamburger. Won’t ever be back.
