Hey Taco Madre! You guys are the best! I’m a huge fan of Mexican food, but some places put way too much spice in their food. I can barely eat anything! But Taco Madre, you guys have it right. Your tacos and tamales are delicious, and my little one can even eat the tamales she likes now.
The taste was decent, but the portions were poor and for the price we were expecting more. First time trying the mangonada margarita and it was sour, a lot of lemon juice and too much ice for the size of the drink. The red salsa was really good.
(Was) my absolute favorite Mexican place, Chilango burrito and amazing warm homemade salsa. Edit, sadly I just had my last meal here they're just taken too much advantage of the situation to raise process beyond comprehension. My burrito that used to be under $10 is now $17 and I've been ok paying that due to the free chips and salsa... which is now another $3. That salsa in my opinion made the whole experience and was a must to put on the burrito... so $20 for a burrito...
