Took a Sunday drive to stop in this place for lunch. Great food but understaffed. Folks working there were hopping just weren’t enough of them.
10/5 best diner in Illinios, service was spot on and mannnn that gravy made me feel like home.
I did not eat at the restaurant, but they had a food truck out at an event over the weekend. I had an emergency low blood sugar and had been looking for something quick. When I made it to them, they said they were just packing up, but after mentioning I had a low blood sugar, they fired up their grill once more and got me some food! I just wanted to review to thank them properly, and let them know what life savers they were!
