The staff, including Alex, are patient, accommodating, and helpful, especially when handling large orders. Customers have driven from nearby towns, such as Joliet, to enjoy the fresh and delightful meals offered for breakfast. Although there was an issue with using GooglePay at the drive-thru window, the manager handled it professionally and kindly, maintaining a high level of customer service. Overall, Hardee's offers a great dining experience with fresh food and exceptional customer service.
