I had a very pleasant drive thru experience.. The cashier - (name tag said Justin) was a very courteous gentleman. Acknowledged my name from the mobile app, Gave a compliment, asked if I wanted a receipt and wished me a wonderful rest of my evening. Now thats how it should be done every time.. He just made my day even better. Thank you Justin for being professional. Your coworkers & employer should acknowledge you for going up and above..
