“The food is absolutely delicious. Fast, convenient, and oh so much flavor! I had the fried chicken steak jianbing and we also tried the original egg waffle and salted egg yolk waffle. Very excited to have them in the neighborhood and already can't wait to stop in again.“

“A very American breakfast experience like you see in the movies. No chain. Super lively on a Saturday morning, quick service, friendly enough for Chicago. Very tasty food, good prices. The coffee is too thin, but the orange juice is delicious. We are very satisfied - thank you!??“

“There are lots of things on the menu here, but one thing caught my eye. This apple-cinnamon pancake ended up coming out looking like some baked apple-monkeybread. Don't need syrup or anything. So tough to finish, and stayed hot the whole time I was eating it. Soo sweet ?, and such a nice restaurant.You will get your fix.“

“This restaurant is good albeit a bit pricey. And the servers are friendly. My complaint is about the service charge for credit cards. I understand that it is standard practice these days so I bring cash when I know I am going. However, this past visit the check came and the service charge was not listed as a separate line. Just to make sure before I paid with cash, I asked the server if this bill included a service charge. Without saying yes or no, the server reprinted another receipt right at the table that was lower and did not include the service charge. If I hadn't asked, I would have been charged the credit card service charge although I paid cash. That is stealing.“

“Go during the week! It is hard to get a table on the weekend. Food was wonderful. I had the eggs Benedict and fruit. Everything was fresh. Our waiter was really nice. I asked for decaf coffee and he noticed I was given regular. He switched it out without hesitation.“

“My friends and I, had breakfast here today and the service was awesome. I was seated quickly, and had many items, to choose from on their menu. The waiter was super nice and friendly and checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything. The ambiance was great, the food was fresh and a lot of it. I took my leftovers home. “I think that the coffee here is some of the best that I’ve had and my friend says that he thinks that they have the best bacon in all of Chicago. The waitstaff is friendly and kept our water and coffee cups full. My bacon waffle was perfect. This is a really good place for brunch or breakfast. You won’t be disappointed.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie omelette, oatmeal, toast and a few other things that I didn’t pay attention to because I got the veggie omelette w/ hash browns.“

Although it was our first visit to this particular branch, its bustling atmosphere, similar to their other locations, speaks to its popularity. We tried the chilaquiles, which were extremely favorable; I've enjoyed them several times before, but this was the first time my husband tried them. I opted for the steak and eggs combo accompanied by fresh fruit, and it was delicious. The food quality is exceptional, complemented by a pleasing ambiance and decor. I thoroughly enjoy dining here and plan to continue patronizing this restaurant chain.“

“I’ve been here quite a bit in the past. I was disappointed to see they raised their prices so much. The hash browns were burnt and a few times they only put one butter and one syrup in my to go bag for my pancakes. The service has normally been good. But just not worth it to me anymore for spending almost $30 on breakfast when there are other places.“

“My friend and I were coming back from O'Hare Airport and passed this restaurant. We went back for breakfast and were very surprised how excellent it was. Food was delicious, service was very good, and restaurant was clean. Really one of the best breakfasts we have ever had.“
