I called my order in it took over 2 hours to get I called a couple different times to see where my order was the last time I called the guy said you keep calling it’s gonna be 2 or 3 days I called the corporate store they said they would pass it onto the owner of that store and he would follow up w u in next 24 hours. Guess what never heard from him. I will never go back.

There are so many Jimmy John's when you go to one that is poorly ran you can just go up the road a bit and find a better one. That is the case with this one. attention to detail, the food prep area was very messy and did not look clean. everything behind the counter was in disarray, and the girl who took our order ran the pos and then started right on a sandwhich, which had the same gloves.Parking: The parking is unique and poorly layed out. I realize it takes money and im sure they would love to have some upgrades on the parking but in the mean time dont try going there in large truck or suv doable but always looking out the window to make sure no one is blocking you in.

Sandwiches are good, but don’t count on the order status updates — we’ve NEVER gotten one, ever! We order online frequently, and we always get a confirmation that they’ve received our order, but it’s anyone’s guess when they’ll actually be ready for pickup. Rather frustrating, as the first few times I ordered, I kept waiting for news on when to pick them up, until I gave up and drove over to find them ready an waiting. ?

When a special worker is behind the counter, she knows what I’m going to order as I walk through the door. That is customer service and with a smile. Thank you!Parking: The parking lot resembles a carrier landing deck at night. In other words, it’s out there somewhere! Sort of like a CATIII landing with auto land, with 100 feet of visibility and heavy. The service makes up for the parking lot.

If this is for the Jimmy Johns in Morton, Illinois, they suck. The bread was super tough. They didn't get the order right. It was being brought to a motel, they even asked for a room number and still just dropped it at the front desk, gave the desk person some random name and beat feet! Won't be ordering from them ever again!

Ordered two sandwiches at our local Jimmy Johns and had a horrible experience. We ordered one of our sandwiches without Mayonnaise due to allergy. My wife had to stop the person making the sandwich due to them lathering both sandwiches with Mayo. She asked if he knew what goes on a sandwich. The employee then got rude. WE LIVE HERE! Both sandwiches ended up wrong, one with Mayo and the other came with bacon, but had none. Like any consumer, we just wanted a nice sandwich and get what you pay for.
