Waiting 3 hours for delivery after calling to confirm they received my order. Will not be back.Contacted by manager. Offer of free sub vouchers. It was obviously a bad day, but why not shut down online orders if you're already hours behind? Freaky fast

There are so many Jimmy John's when you go to one that is poorly ran you can just go up the road a bit and find a better one. That is the case with this one. attention to detail, the food prep area was very messy and did not look clean. everything behind the counter was in disarray, and the girl who took our order ran the pos and then started right on a sandwhich, which had the same gloves.Parking: The parking is unique and poorly layed out. Sandwiches are good, but don’t count on the order status updates — we’ve NEVER gotten one, ever! We order online frequently, and we always get a confirmation that they’ve received our order, but it’s anyone’s guess when they’ll actually be ready for pickup. Rather frustrating, as the first few times I ordered, I kept waiting for news on when to pick them up, until I gave up and drove over to find them ready an waiting. ?
