Super impressed with the service. Ordered a lettuce wrap and they asked if I had Celiac/gluten allergy and I said yes. They brought out a clean cutting board, changed gloves, didn’t use cross contaminated mayo or utensils. The girl was Tory/Tori, great job, will be back.
Waiting 3 hours for delivery after calling to confirm they received my order. Will not be back.Contacted by manager. Offer of free sub vouchers. It was obviously a bad day, but why not shut down online orders if you're already hours behind? Freaky fast
There are so many Jimmy John's when you go to one that is poorly ran you can just go up the road a bit and find a better one. That is the case with this one. attention to detail, the food prep area was very messy and did not look clean. everything behind the counter was in disarray, and the girl who took our order ran the pos and then started right on a sandwhich, which had the same gloves.
