I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service here this afternoon. The server seemed completely uninterested and irritated I was there and didn't make eye contact. She stared at me while I was entering the tip in which as a service worker myself I find completely disrespectful. Despite being a generous tipper, I felt pressured to adhere to the suggested amount on the screen. When I politely requested a blended drink, as I'm accustomed to my usual coffee place accommodating such requests, the woman at the counter responded rudely and directed me to the menu. Throughout the ordering process, she seemed more focused elsewhere. Seemed to have an issue with us ordering together as well and scoffed when I told her it would be together. Although the service was swift, our drinks arrived with a crack in one cup, resulting in a spill, and we discovered a foreign hair in another drink. Additionally, the banana blended drink tasted unpleasant. As we were leaving, I wished the cashier a good day, but she ignored me even though she was looking directly at me. Despite my love for coffee, I won't be returning due to the disappointing service, despite the reasonable pricing.

Hands down the best coffee shop in Morton! I always stop a few times when I am in town. Their holiday/seasonal flavors are unique, and the food is consistently good.

I have always loved Leaves and Beans as far back as their downtown location. I feel like their downtown location was so much better decorated and had a warm appeal than the one on Jackson Street. I have a few suggestions to make this location more inviting. First I would either paint or clean the baseboards and repaint the walls especially in the back room areas. There are many areas that the paint has come off. Also, for an added appeal to the outside area for spring and summer, add some pretty flowers in nice ceramic pots with cast iron tables and umbrellas. I know this will draw in more customers to the inside.
Service, I am always greeted with the biggest smiles and everyone is so friendly. Love my Morton Branch.

Coffee was alright wasn't very strong. This place is very nice and looks good. Vibe was weird though nobody smiles at the counter very monotone kinda vibe. We were ordering coffee and everyone was just staring so that was also odd. Was ok

I asked if a drink could be made with decaffeinated coffee because I have to have decaf coffee cause I have issues. I was told yes and on the receipt it said decaf. Later I wasn't feeling well and could tell I felt caffeinated. I called and talked with associate and she went to check. She let me know it was made with caffeine. I told her before she checked I have a condition and it has to be decaffeinated. She apologized several times and then she took my name down to talk with manager to honor me a free drink.
