We literally just left there. It was our first trip. Our kiddo loves chilli dogs and has tried them from so many places... we asked what he thought... "this is the best chilli dog I have ever had in my life!"
I stopped in today to try the Coney Dogs. They are flavorful and delicious. I highly recommend them! The bakery items looked delicious, as well. I can't wait to try more!

Tipsy's Cafe is a true gem in Morton, run by friendly, Morton-raised owners who pour heart into the place. The people that run it are great, making customers feel really welcomed. The atmosphere has that cozy, small-town charm, comfy and with adorable decor. The menu is small and limited compared to a full-blown bakery, but the handful of things offered will blow you out of the water.
The food is absolutely delicious. The best chili dogs in Central Illinois, bar none, and at a price that won't break you. They call them Coney dogs. One customer said their kiddo, who loves chili dogs from so many places, declared, "this is the best chilli dog I have ever had in my life!" The taco coney dog tastes just like you thought and every bite is loved. Others noted the use of a no-bean chili for the topping. The baked goods are fantastic too. The jumbo cookies and cupcakes are next-level. A 1/2lb chocolate chip cookie, still warm from the oven, was 100% pure heaven. The brownie was just as good. The coffee is a solid cup; the iced americano was really good with some of that bitter that is liked.
