“Food is really good but they are very short staffed and the day we were there they couldn't handle the crowd without becoming rude. Waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order and when we asked if we could get someone to take it the service quality tanked even more. No one to take people's money, so people had to stand in line to get their checks. They do not combine their tips, keep that in mind.“

“I went for lunch today and had the catfish, dinner salad, and Cole slaw. It was an actual channel catfish, cooked with the most perfect crust that was not at all grease on it, the salad had the freshest salad greens, slices if cucumber, and tomatoes, with delicious croutons. The cole slaw is made there, is creamy, and I fell in love with all of it. The owner is a perfectionist and the food is too quality! I have not found anyone else in Peoria that serves this quality of food. I will be there at least once a week! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!“

“Not only is their food amazing and fast. The staff is amazing. We went today (me my husband and youngest son) after my son had a procedure to get tubes in. They where super genuine about how he was doing. The gentleman who works there (I didn’t catch his name) was such a sweetheart. He came up to talk to us and ask about my son. He also gave him a stuffie. Which made my son smile for the first time after his procedure. THANK YOU FOR THAT! The little gesture was greatly appreciated!“

“Honestly, this restaurant was adequate. There was nothing, overall, that left me impressed. It was all just okay, and I would be hard-pressed to return when I can get exciting or excellent, or really good somewhere else.
Limited menu and small portions for the prices. I think I got a dozen fries, if that.

“The only thing I think that could have been better with our experience is the wait at the cashier/counter. There was a lengthy line, and there were others on staff that could have helped. This would have sped things up a little. The young lady who was taking orders did her best and was very professional and kind.“

Most of the time we go there we dine in. We can barely hear our conversation at our table because the staff is carrying on in a loud party like manner.“

“The service here is phenomenal. Owner is attentive to customers and checks on everything frequently. Food is good. Only comment is I’d like to see more fresh veggies/potatoes besides just salad. The salads are great!
It would be nice if they played music other than the tvs but they have a jukebox so you can play it yourself. Overall I recommend the place.“

The only con is the price of a Caesar salad, on our last visit my wife and I each got a Caesar salad to start our meal and the two salads alone was $25.00, everything else was inline with the service and atmosphere which is the best.“

A gorgeous little boho paradise with great food (the vegan tagine and broccoli and Stilton soup were delicious), and a warm and friendly welcome from the owner and from Xena the dog. “Was very disappointed this time we waited a half an hour to get waited on then it took over an hour for a hamburger and fries and two orders of bacon wrapped poppers and another sandwich. I ordered my second drink and an hour later I finally got it. The couple that we were with come here all the time and they were very upset said they would never come back on a weekend. We have been here before and the food was great in the service was great this time not so much. Also our food all came out cold didn't say anything to the waitress because we are afraid to be another hour before we got our lunch.“

“A wonderful night. The waiter misheard my order and corrected it straight away, which I was really grateful for. But then he brought the most decadent turtle cheesecake to make it up to us, and the taste alone was so worth the wait. I really recommend the lamb, it melts in your mouth, and I think tastes the way a good steak should. I really thank the staff for showing up for us at every point, as we were positive we made a reservation for the dining room but ended up at the bar upstairs. They found a way and quickly sorted us a table when it was obvious that it was difficult to do so. It was refreshing to be treated so kindly by everyone involved. Needless to say, we'll be back.“

“I highly recommend Kep's Sports Bar & Grill. The bar was very busy the day we visited on Jan. 28th 2024. The waitresses worked very hard to keep our drink glasses full and our food was served hot and delicious. I was very impressed with their chicken sandwich. It was very delicious and huge. It was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. The atmosphere was fun but relaxing. The bar was very clean. Looking forward to ordering their chicken sandwich on our next visit to Kep's Sports Bar &Grill.“

Called 30 minutes before arriving to make reservations, sat down with no wait time. This restaurant has a much quieter atmosphere than most other restaurants, in our experiences. A lot of cheesecakes on dessert menu... would love to see skillet cookie added there.“

“I placed an online order for a couple sandwiches and some sides including regular fries,curly fries, onion stack, and mushrooms. Even though everything was ordered separately, the order was fixed exactly correct. The sides were with the correct sandwiches and the mushrooms were placed on the sandwich where I wanted them even though I expected them to be put in a side container. Everything was outstanding including the pickles and onions on my cheeseburger. A++ in my book.“

“Alpha Bravo in Washington ILCrisp breading, nice thickness, goodL,T,P,&O but just a tad overfried. Tots were hot and crisp. Onion Rings were crisp and hot. I enjoy the thick cut ones. When you bit into it, you didn't get the rest onion comig out. Husband had the Tenderloin Pizza and also said it was a little too crisp. Once and done for the tenderloin.I would go back to try some other things on the menu.“
