Great place to take young children to, especially on hot days in the summer and obviously the winter, but the day I visited staff was exceptional, well aware of their surroundings, as far as I'm telling to customer needs and maintaining a clean eating area, on the flip side we needed to order something had to wait quite a while before someone would come to the counter, but understandably so if I remember right it was only two people working, with that respect no big deal
This was our 2nd time here, we first came for a birthday party and then for a play date, and we love this place! So much to do and a great time for my 4 yr old, and the best is going home with a ball!
Today was our first visit to the Ball Factory, we took our 3 year old and 5 year old grandsons. We all had a fun time, we will definitely be returning. What I really liked about the Ball Factory was that it was bright and very clean, it did not have that musty locker room smell that most kid places do. We had lunch and the food was good with lots of healthy snack choices.
And the staff was friendly and attentive to their customers.
