This area has been in such a steep decline over the past few years. Ordered tonight, and it will certainly be the last time doing so. Food was mostly dried out, half of what was given to us was not what we ordered. Threw a lot of it away. Could tell they are just looking to throw whatever they could into the container to get rid of it. Pretty disgusting.

Chicken sandwich is the most disappointing food ever. Reminds me of frozen cafeteria food at school, but worse, plus it was $10...the mac and cheese is very average. Wanted to include a picture of the sandwich so you can see how sad it it but it doesn't let me for some

This place is obviously going to be shutting down. They are out of cornbread which I ordered extra and they wouldn't refund me instead offered a side which is 2 dollars cheaper than the extra cornbread. So got jipped on that. Ordered 2 tai chickens and we one got one. Instead for a regular chicken. Spent 100+ plus dollars and management obviously doesn't care. It's unfortunate cause this place used to be good but so long I won't be ordering food from here ever again.They also wouldn't honor the 15% off that their website had that wouldn't apply in check out.

I have not been to Boston Market in a very long time. I tried it tonight for the first time in a long time and it was awful.I used to go to Boston market every one once in a while and it was pretty good back then. The mashed potatoes were always good and the creamed spinach was always good, but not now.The mashed potatoes were awful. They taste like instant and not real mashed potatoes like the used to be. The stuffing was disgusting. The carrots in the stuffing tasted like they weren’t even cooked. The cornbread was as dry as piece of wood.This experience was very disappointing and for what they charge it was awful. Never again

Food was good, pop machines were out. It kind of feel like a basement in there. It’s a very old building that just needs some TLC. Staff was great tho.

Went there today use to love their food dined in tables all dirty the floor is dirty I asked the girl standing there she totally ignored us no one came to clean the tables chicken was horrible and cornbread totally stale and had a bad taste there was no pop no service and bad food never will be back

Would put 0 but my husband and I decided to order a family meal for him me and our daughter so very expensive. Went to pick it up and restaurant was closed even though it said they were open online. I called corporate to get a refund and it took hours to finally get a hold of someone. When someone answered I gave them the information for the order just to be told “we will write a complaint on our end and we will give you a call”. Never got a call and now I have to dispute the charge at my bank. I can’t express this enough do not order from there!

Won’t order again. Staff is friendly but food isn’t worth it.Here’s what we ordered for our family meal:Whole rotisserie chicken - not bad. It was okay. But not sure why it had a sweet kind of teriyaki taste?Meatloaf slices - it was okay. Again, what’s up with the sweet taste?Caesar salad - lettuce was brown and the croutons were smush.Mashed potatoes - very bland. What happened?!Steamed broccoli - definitely not fresh broccoli… it was hard and you can tell that it was previously frozen.Corn bread - we ended up getting dinner rolls. Ugh! If they were out of them… why couldn’t they just tell us so we can pick something else.This place has fallen off completely.Don’t waste your money… should have canceled the order when we saw there was NO cars in the parking lot.

Don’t order from here. I ordered a family meal with a cookie. The chicken had an option for bbq sauce to be included. I picked that option and instead of putting it in a sauce container, they covered all of the chicken in the sauce. So everyone now was forced to eat soggy chicken with bbq sauce all over it. Also, there was no silverware included with it. And the last thing they forgot was the cookie. I called back and spoke to a woman and told her about all of the problems and her response was, “sorry bout that.” There was no solution that she offered and she told me that they put the sauce on the chicken because it didn’t say not to (even though it also doesn’t say to do so), the family meals do not include any silverware, and that she doesn’t have anyone to bring me the cookie (although if she would have included it the first time I wouldn’t need her to bring it to me). This was an absolute waste of my money and it was something I was looking forward to after a 14 hour workday.
