Emily Ordaz, at the Mount Prospect Illinois location is THEE best general I've ever come across at any Beuno beef. I've I've come across and I've been to so many locations. Not only is she a perfect human being in the realm of natural customer service skills, but a perfect human being in general everyday humane treatment of customers. Emily is truly one of a kind with an old school soul of respectful treatment of people regardless of their age.

I think they shrunk the beef. So much smaller than the last time. The pasta was also not cooked all the way and there were only 20 noodles. So it comes out to be 50 cents per noodle. Ekk.Rosa was wonderful though. Very thorough and was running around making sure this place is spotless!!!

Not sure about service, because I came in for interview. They had me reschedule for today at 10:15. Manager was late and didn't show up so a nice lady sat and talked with me. She asked what position and I said the catering driver position. She then informed me they don't have an opening. Wish they could have just told me when I called them yesterday. Waited for 15min today to find out they don't have an opening. At least I got an idea of how they work, so I obviously left.

The beef is really very good (better than Port***** is now). The Fries were great. The measure of a good establishment is how they rectify any errors or issues. This location made one mistake on my order, but they were outstanding in the way they handled it. Previously I had an order mixup at the drive up which they handled in a fair manner and to my utmost satisfaction.

Made 2 trips in two weeks, ordered beef sandwich got a cold hotdog instead. Second trip received $20 off, tried to use and did not work.
Sorry to say, this time for the pizza, it wasn't cooked well enough and crust was thicker than normal. Very disappointed. I really miss the pizza from the Rolling Meadows location. They made it perfect.
