I ordered the works on my sandwich and got little to no condiments on it. I went back cause I’m use to the condiments being on top of the burger, the manager showed me it was at the bottom. Still, pretty bare. I asked him if he was serious and he said yes. Not offering to just make another sandwich with better condiments on it. Horrible customer service!! Won’t be back

Tim loves Culver’s and it’s his special treat on Sundays. Today I stopped to pick up his treat as he is in the hospital. The owner/manager who is always so welcoming to Tim sent him a little “get well” reminder from his Culver’s friends. It really brightened his day! I always enjoy the food and bright, clean restaurant but this act of kindness was so unexpected!

I’ve been to a lot of Culver’s in my time but this is probably the best Butterburger I’ve ever had. I did come at off-peak hours, but the burger was super juicy and fresh. Better than other Culver’s (which is already a high bar). Food was made quickly. Only issue was the person at the register was off chilling in the corner and took like 15-20 seconds to notice that I was trying to order. But everything else was perfect.
