SHOUT OUT!!! As a long-term customer of our local D&D (Busse Rd, Mt Prospect), their continued customer service and menu offerings keep bringing me back for personal and professional business. Hats off to Mike, Kenjal and the entire staff for your commitment to customers is commendable. Wishing this store continued success and growth in 2025!
So normally, I wouldn't have made a review on this place. But my experience just now was unbelievable! Imagine it's your first meal of the day and you are going to pick up coffee and donuts and the person in the Drive-Thru yells at you because you failed to call a cream filled donut a Boston cream.
The manager on site had an incredibly nasty attitude and seemed to know it because he went out of his way not to include my receipt when he saw that I was appalled by how nasty...read full review
The doughnuts here are always fresh and soft, fluffy and just delicious, you know? The coffee here is great too!
