You order and wait , some people come and thy give your pizza and you wait like this for another 20 min and then again and again worst service
Messed up my pizza order completely. Ordered stuffed crust with sausage and mushrooms. They gave me a pan pizza and no toppings...what??

STAFF WAS VERY YOUNG BUT ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL,GREAT PIZZA.YOUNG FOLKS TOOK THE JOB SERIOUSLY.THEY REALLY APPRECIATED OUR REMARKS TO THEM,THAT IT MUST BE AWESOME TO BE A YOUNG MAN AND RUN THE PIZZARIA,GREAT YOUNG MEN WORKING HARD.

The only reason it gets a star is the prices... We've been burned by this place way too many times. If you order something, don't expect it in any reasonable time... either get take the hot and ready and go, or you're gonna be sitting and brooding for a while... Twice I've run into "Our credit card machines are down because it's too hot and you have to pay cash", Last night I ordered at 4:35, for a 5-5:05pm pickup, got the notification they were "packing it up" at 5:30 PM - I watched them load it into the "Online Pickup" oven, and never put the order into the system so my name would pop on the screen and I could put in my code to open the door. I had to ask the front desk worker to retrieve my food from the oven since they didn't mark it as available on their side. I wasn't alone in this venture, while I waited I watched many others standing around grumbling at their wait time, asking the front desk for updates, or walking in, trying to put in their code and walking back out dejected since nothing was ready. I fully understand that the email confirmation says "Estimated time", however, if your restaurant is slammed, don't let people order for a specific time unknowningly... On top of the fact that EVERY restaurant has time trackers on their cooks/employees, with this "Age of AI" we are in, you already know the average time your team is taking at any point in time of your day, adjust client expectations... be PROACTIVE about communication...

They always have pizzas ready, although sometimes they can take a while, because they have too many orders

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza for pick up.
When I got home I realized it was regular crust.
I tried calling the number on the receipt to talk to a manager. They said I had to choose option 8. Waited on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered. I was told my only option was to come back to the store.
Horrible customer service. Can’t even talk to a manager.

You need to train your people to better treat customers, very rude and disrespectful not meaning all. I paid for extra sauce and treated very bad let alone he made me wait for 5 minutes to bring it over he put one table spoon and smeared all over the package. Been going to this location for 20 more years. FYI I gave it back to him and left the store without it.

What’s the point of doing mobile orders when they worry more about walk ins ? Waited over 30 mins just to get my food cold not even fresh having to get home and putting it in the oven

To many times ordered online and priority is not being given to online orders only to door dash ect. Need to fix this problem
Terrible experience with this location. The pizza looked like it had been dropped—completely unappetizing and a far cry from the quality I’ve come to expect at other locations. To make matters worse, they’re still charging extra COVID-era taxes, yet the service and product quality are worse than ever. Very disappointing!
