Disgusting. I received a Frankenstein-pizza, made up of different pieces of deep dish. It’s not even the deep dish I ordered, I ordered the pretzel pepperoni and got mutilated pieces of regular pepporoni deep dish. Would’ve been completely fine with this if clearly wasn’t pieces that weren’t cut together, undercooked and disgusting.

as a chicagoan we usually avoid chain pizza places. however I gave this one a try and I built my own pizza on the app and it was really damn good.

Saw there was a deal online for two one topping pizzas for $4.99. I tried to order for pick-up online and got an error message. I callee and was told I could do a walk-in order. I go to the store and the horrible female manager was so rude and said “too bad you can’t do a walk in order, we don’t answer the phones here so you spoke to someone outside the store”. I asked what she could do, she said “nothing”. HORRIBLE customer service. Clearly miserable with their lives. Save yourself the negative and toxic environment and get your pizza somewhere else. They clearly have absolutely no desire to be in business.
