Mt Prospect location is take out only. I’m a thin crust pizza guy but when I do get a hankering for deep dish I order from Lou’s.

Lots of topping choices for different tastes. Always fresh tasting ingredients made to order. As with many deep dish destinations, the crust is the backbone of their pies. Exceptional

Malnati’s sausage pizzas are famous. I’m partial to pepperoni myself. But this time I went with a custom veggie. No regrets

Malnati’s Salad is the smart add-on to your order. Can be a meal in itself

Service at this takeout location is highly reliable. Lou’s makes a really good pie so having good service only makes sense

This is a Lou Malnati's store front location for pickup and delivery orders. It's not a dine-in facility, however, their customer area is always spotless with wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen area.

Every time I come to pick it up, I have to wait at least 30 minutes. They start cooking only after you arrive at their store.

I ordered penna ala malnati it was absolutely terrible noodles over cooked and sauce was soupy, I have a hard time believing that you would serve something like this will never buy this sad to say a signature dish of Lou's I'm sure he would not

Very expensive and the pizza just doesn’t match the price point anymore. I ordered half veggies and half pepperoni. All toppings cost the same regardless if it’s bits of an onion or pepperoni - it’s $4!!!! For one topping on half a pizza! That’s crazy. If I’m going to pay $50 for a pizza, the last thing I want to do is pick out bits of onion from the side of the pizza that was only supposed to have pepperoni.And then the pepperoni didn’t even reach the middle of the pizza but the middle of the slice next to the half of the pizza. So you cut me short on the pepperoni, but with the onion they’re so careless it’s on both sides and it’s so much harder to pick out and even if you pick it out, you can still taste it. For $50? What a joke! Never again.

This is the slowest pizzeria for delivery people (Doordash, Uber). The order is always given later than the readiness time in the app by 10-15 minutes. Ordinary customers are given orders first. No one pays for this extra waiting time!!!

Careful with your pickup orders! They completely messed up my order twice. Caught it once and they promised to fix it, but they entered it wrong again! When I went to pick it up, they told me I had to wait an hour!!!
