Made to perfection! We ordered 2 deep dish pizza's, one was just pepperoni and the other was a veggie add sausage. That one was the best! We ordered it for delivery and it came sooner that estimated.

Aaron is the best lou malnatis manager in the whole company and Beto is a legend in the kitchen, and don't forget Nick the best lous driver a guy could ask for , absolutely legendary team over here at mount prospect, absolutely loved the pizza and the service is obviously 10/10

great customer service I ordered two medium pizzas, one deep dish and one veggie both pizzas were very well done and the girl that took order was very very nice so is the girl that at the checkout great customer service will be coming back to this location. Only we are very disappointed with the Glenview location. Will be back to this location thank you for making our pizza great.

Won’t be coming here no more places an order 40 min ahead of time & was told it’ll be done in 15 to 20 min just to come in & wait additional 20 min for an individual pizza unbelievable…the girl at the counter was rude & obnoxious didn’t give a care in the world what I was trying to say…& the pizza ain’t even all that

Since when does Chicago “deep dish” pizza mean thick greasy bread with little cheese on top? I used to be so proud/excited to introduce Lou Malnati’s to visitors but it’s such a shame that it’s not the same anymore. It’s just over priced flour batter with a layer of cheese.

We love carry out Lou’s in Mt. Prospect. Last night we were treated to a small Lou’s pizza for my birthday. We ordered the Lou Salad and my hubby and I were in heaven. Whenever we call in they know is by our phone no. So friendly. Exactly the same once we arrive. They call us by name and make sure we know what’s happening. Always clean and efficient.
