We picked up our first pizza from Pizza Pavia tonight. The phone staff was friendly and efficient. We arrived early and had a beer at the bar. We only hope that they put in draft beers soon rather than only bottled beers. It looked like they had a nice selection of wine and seltzers too. The bar staff was friendly and helpful. I consider myself a connoisseur of beef sandwiches and have very high standards so I am often disappointed. But, I must say the beef sandwich at Pizza Pavia may very well be the best one I’ve ever had. The beef is super tender and cut perfectly. The bun had a light crispy texture and is a great compliment to the beef. I added mozzarella cheese. I also got fries and coleslaw and was barely able to finish everything. This is my new go-to for beef sandwiches.

Old School Carbonara is AMAZING. Shrimp and Avocado salad - generous pieces of large shrimp; HOMEMADE ranch sauce. So tasty overall and filling. Pizza was great. I prefer my crust on the thinner side. We once got it a little thicker. But that also lets me know it's never frozen or pre-prepared. Will be coming back!
