I ordered penna ala malnati it was absolutely terrible noodles over cooked and sauce was soupy, I have a hard time believing that you would serve something like this will never buy this sad to say a signature dish of Lou's I'm sure he would not

Very expensive and the pizza just doesn’t match the price point anymore. I ordered half veggies and half pepperoni. All toppings cost the same regardless if it’s bits of an onion or pepperoni - it’s $4!!!! For one topping on half a pizza! That’s crazy. If I’m going to pay $50 for a pizza, the last thing I want to do is pick out bits of onion from the side of the pizza that was only supposed to have pepperoni.And then the pepperoni didn’t even reach the middle of the pizza but the middle of the slice next to the half of the pizza. So you cut me short on the pepperoni, but with the onion they’re so careless it’s on both sides and it’s so much harder to pick out and even if you pick it out, you can still taste it. For $50? What a joke! Never again.

This is the slowest pizzeria for delivery people (Doordash, Uber). The order is always given later than the readiness time in the app by 10-15 minutes. Ordinary customers are given orders first. No one pays for this extra waiting time!!!

Careful with your pickup orders! They completely messed up my order twice. Caught it once and they promised to fix it, but they entered it wrong again! When I went to pick it up, they told me I had to wait an hour!!!

If you pre-tip a delivery order, the bigger the tip, the longer it will take longer to get.Delivery Drivers there will let orders sit and sit and sit, just as long as they are the ones to deliver and get the tip.I always thought TIP stood for To Insure Prompt service......guess not always...

Went restaurant waited 25 minutes for waitress come. In elk Grove ordered large cheese deep dish pizza. There was almost no cheese on pizza. Smothered with tomato sauce couldn't even taste cheese. Happened several times don't taste cheese or see cheese Smothered tomato sauce. Told waitress sd had put 1 cheese pizza each piece. Did not order tomato pizza. Has happened at all other locations too. Lake zurich gives tomato no cheese.

My customer service when I went in Person (with apology for my spelling). Marlena took our order in person at the store as we seniors try to please our grandkids. She was patient and amazing as we tried to figure out the best combination for multiple ages.. Unfortunately it all went off rails when our delivery was 3 to 315 for five pizzas and at 3:45 I came up and the driver was walking around the neighborhood trying to find the address and the pizzas were not even in a thermal bag needless to say This winter weather, they were barely warm. Very disappointing.

Something’s changed. Had a deep dish and thin crust after moving abroad for 2 years. They changed the ingredients from what I heard to cut costs and it doesn’t taste as good.
