This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I keep going back because it is close to my house but every time I do it is worse. The drive thru is so slow. I sat here for 1/2 hour one night at 11:45. They never get your order right. It is an awful McDonald’s.
I am amending this review, the drive thru keeps getting worse. Today their soda machine was broken, the worker offered a frappe instead. He said it was included in the meal purchase. I said so there will be no additional charge because the soda machine is broken and he said no you will be paying for the frappe. We left.
Amended one more time. Still the worst McDonald’s. This McDonald’s is 17 percent more than the one by the racetrack.
This McDonald’s is horrible. Stay far away from any Bear family owned McDonald’s. They are the absolute worst!

This location has been going downhill big time! We picked up food for the kids before a school event and the fries were barely halfway filled. On top of that, the consistency was way off like they took them out of the fryer too early. I understand things will not be fresh when you get something to go, but regardless you could tell something was not quite right. They should take pride in their product and take the time to make sure it is done right. We would have ordered Happy meals if we wanted the kids portions, very disappointing and a waste of money! To feed six people at McDonald's is not cheap these days, plenty of places we could spend $75 and get good food, that is quality and a much better value for our money than here!
I wanted to leave a good review because it’s feel so many always leave the bad but don’t take time for the good. Anyway today a hour ago 10 am the 23rd of August I was saved by a nice team of people when I ordered food and coffee on Uber eats the app for some reason made my mocha coffee with no chocolate anything no espresso shot no milk no cream and said plain…which is definitely on the app for that. McDonald’s employees thankfully tried to call me though my phone is wrong on app “my fault” and took the perfect common sense route to make it normally and leave the whip cream off which is perfect. Honestly if they did it as order says i wouldn’t even be mad. I appreciate them so much for not messing this up as I’m having a bad day and I wanted my coffee ??. Thank you to whoever helped me and the Uber driver for trying too.

This McDonalds At 13 W. Rand Road In Mount Prospect IL Is Extremely SLOW + Incompetent. They Denied My Mobile Order + Said They Did NOT Get It. Even Though I Got Order Confirmation Number. I Had To Show Them Proof Of My Order On My Cell Phone. Big Drama Ordeal --- For NO Reason. Long WAIT Line Outside + Clogged Up --- For Very Small Orders. Ridiculous For Drive Thru Service !!!
