One of the best ramen I've had. Great place try the different kinds of miso flavors originating from different parts of Japan. They also give great descriptions for the flavor profile each one offers. I love the authentic ramen shop ambience too. And the service was prompt and very friendly.

Hokkaido cha shu ramen was a decent portion. The cha shu is not too soft, nor too hard. Nice orange tint to the egg yolk I only wish it was more runny. The noodles have a sturdy, chewy texture. The pork mince had a mushy texture and tasted salty. Both the corn and the bamboo shoots have a can taste to them.

The staff were very friendly and explained us about the their traditional dishes in a very nice way. The shrimp fry is a must tryVegetarian options: You can always chose Veg broth as option for any meat or other topping. I would generally eat chicken broth but the non veg has only pork broth as an option. So ordered veg broth with chicken and shrimp and ramen.Parking: Store has few parking slots right in front of it and next to it. You can easily park your car hereKid-friendliness: They have a straight line sitting where you can really look for your kids.

I have travelled all across the globe and tried all sorts of genuine ramen and I kid you not this is the best ramen you could ask for. The noodles are perfectly cooked, the pork belly is tender and flavorful, the potatoes are amazing, and the broth is perfect. I usually will customize the hokaido with no bamboo shoots and add a shrimp - so good. The service is also amazing: one time I left my retainer in my napkin and they helped search through the garbage to find it. Truly one of my favorite restaurants of all time :)

Delicious, and great service. Waited just a couple minutes at 12:15p Saturday. Attentive staff. HOKKAIDO SPICY MISO RAMEN was delicious. Base comes w 1 piece chashu, but you can add 2 extra pieces as a side. The ISE NORMAL has a more "mature" flavor as the menu says, it's just not quite for me as compared to the miso flavor.

Best Ramen! Always delicious, the Hokkaido is my favorite. Try the curry Ramen for a real treat. Small place, usually a fair wait time, worth every minute. Travels well, great for carryout.
