Looking at the previous reviews, I understand that this happened not only to me, but it happens regularly. There are a lot of employees on duty, but no one approached me, I waited for a long time, I couldn't stand it and just left, I was ignored, others were served and I was let through. The other workers just stood in the back and chatted.

I went in with my friend with no customers in the store yet. She ordered her food, then checked out but then they skipped me to help the next person who walked in after us. Then there were multiple workers who kept helping the next person in line (thinking I had been helped already I think) ? I ended up having to get back in line after 15 minutes of standing at the front of the line/ not asked if I’ve been helped while being at the front of the line. Thought I’d go to this one more since it’s closer but they didn’t seem to want my business ?
Always I love going to that place a lot but every time I go most of the workers do not give good service, please they need to train them very well

They are rip offs. I got a small strawberries with cream and the lady said it’s going to a dollar extra I said ok thinking it would have enough. Well, I paid almost 7 dollars for 4 little pieces of strawberries with the rest being cream. Will never be buying there again.

I love their products, they are the best in the area, the palettes are very well made and the Nieves have an incredible flavor, the staff is very friendly and cordial, except for a few, I recently went and was served by a small girl with a very disrespectful and very expensive attitude, apart from personal hygiene of the hair of a dubious origin, the girl has little care for the clientele, honestly if I go again and she is going to serve me I would prefer to wait for someone else from the staff
