They are rip offs. I got a small strawberries with cream and the lady said it’s going to a dollar extra I said ok thinking it would have enough. Well, I paid almost 7 dollars for 4 little pieces of strawberries with the rest being cream. Will never be buying there again.

I love their products, they are the best in the area, the palettes are very well made and the Nieves have an incredible flavor, the staff is very friendly and cordial, except for a few, I recently went and was served by a small girl with a very disrespectful and very expensive attitude, apart from personal hygiene of the hair of a dubious origin, the girl has little care for the clientele, honestly if I go again and she is going to serve me I would prefer to wait for someone else from the staff

I went for some dorillocos and they only had three thin slices of avocado, on one of the two plates a big ball came out that I don't know what it was, maybe chili or something spoiled, I lost the desire to eat them and they only put a few drops of sauce were very poorly prepared and the milkshakes were

Used to live very close to this shop and didn't find this gem til later. I have been to different Michoacanas in the suburbs and this one is by far the best. Other locations Ice cream and service were not even close. My favorite thing here are the paletas (Mexican ice cream bar) specifically the one with mixed fruit. It has such a nice creamy, sweet milk base flavor and then you get the burst of fruit. I've tried the Ferrero rocher, Oreo, and other fruit flavors which were all yummy and true to their flavor names but the mixed fruit one is my go to. The staff here have always been great. I am not familiar with Latin American flavors/fruits and on multiple occasions, staff was very patient answering questions about different fruits or flavors of ice cream and even giving me a taste. On one occasion one of my kids had mentioned something about a green slushy and when we went to pay she gave him a small cup to try. They also are quite generous with the amount of ice cream they serve. They also have a large selection of dairy free paletas. I did not try one but a bunch in our group who are dairy free, raved about how smooth they were (as no dairy) and how strong the fruit flavor was. The mango was a very big hit. There is a reason why there is always a line here. If you have never tried paletas before you must try them and this is the location to try it from.

Good selection and good product, but I always try to avoid this location due to the fact that they never have their AC on, today was 90° and it felt hotter and humid inside the store than outside, service it's always kinda slow but who can't blame them. It's always busy so owners definitely can afford the AC, one of the ladies working today was sweating a lot, I really don't understand how owners let their employees work under those conditions.

It’s a great Michoacana so far the best around the area, but the big problem and the reason for a one star is the AC is not the first time we have experienced this is a shame to have your staff working on 90 ’90s without AC

Very small place and the customer service was not that great. Girl seemed bothered when taking our order. Ordered a yogurt and was not good at all. They need to have better customer service and cleanliness in eating area. All tables were very dirty.
