Out of the other locations near my area I come to this location due to the quality of their food. Pizza is always perfectly cooked. And if they don't have topping I want they make my choice with out issue and so quick also.

The Indian guy was extremely rude. I’ve been a customer for the last 4 years, but I will not be going back to this place. I placed an order online, and they said they would accept the coupon. When I went to pick it up, he was very rude and didn’t even apply the coupon. Forget the coupon — this is not how you treat a customer. But after reading other reviews it looks like I’m not the first. This place is not worth your time. Find a different place that will treat you better.

We were very pleased with our recent first visit to Rosati's in Mount Prospect. Our specially, custom-made pizza was perfectly done and absolutely delicious! The staff was courteous and very conscientious about making sure our pizza was exactly how we like it. We look forward to next time when it is half price! Great job everyone!
