Drinks are so-so. Customer service is lacking as many of the employees are rude. We sat in the drive thru 2 times now for over 20 minutes each time.

Overpriced like all Starbucks, but good
The drive thru is painfully slow. 3 customers in front of me and waited over 25 mins for 2 coffees.

I can't tell you much about the atmosphere, the food, or the service. I was too busy being distracted by the filthy door smeared with who knows what at the entrance, the store tables filled with all the inventory they were unwrapping and going through during breakfast rush, the filthy, half full display case that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, and the bucket of breakfast sandwiches sitting in pre wrapped plastic on their filthy floor where customers are standing to order. I'm glad all four of us decided to spend our money elsewhere.

The two workers on January 2nd, 2025 were extremely rude. The cashier who took my order had attitude when she was taking my order and didn’t care much when I asked for a seasonal recommendation. Never going to this Starbucks again.

I went to order and the woman seemed very annoyed and never asked what I wanted to order and just stood there. I say what I want and she said “so a mocha” I was disappointed bc that isn’t what I wanted. The woman just seemed very annoyed and didn’t want to work. The one woman that was making the drinks seemed annoyed. All in all the customer service was awful. I hope to see this location become better and judging off the other low reviews others had the same problem. 1 star.

Extremely slow, often inaccurate. This used to be the best but went way downhill.
In fact, I'm stuck in the drive through line now. 20 minutes so far, hope not too much longer to go... Far cry from the 90 sec expectation.

I’m writing this review while still waiting in line. I have been to this Starbucks many times and no mater what day it is, what time of day it is….this place is always so slow! I’ve now been waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and just gave my order so still waiting in a long line for it. I have been first and only person in the drive thru and 10th in line before and the results are both the same. Extremely long wait just to get a drink. It’s obviously that bad where I have time to go out of my way and write a bad google review. Every other Starbucks it’s probably no more than 10 min wait on a BUSY work day and I normally don’t go to this one because of how long they take but today on a casual Sunday at 10:42am it was the closest Starbucks to me and thought, why not. I have been here enough to know it’s consistently SLOW!!! If you have a half hour or more to wait in a drive thru, this is your place.

Recently visited this Starbucks location and had a less-than-pleasant experience. I was the only customer there, so it wasn’t busy at all. When I ordered my coffee, the employee acted like I was inconveniencing her. After my coffee was prepared, I politely asked if the drink was mine, only to be met with an eye roll and a curt nod before she walked away. It felt like I had asked her the most complicated question in the world. The attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially considering the lack of a crowd.
It takes FOREVERRRRRRR. Staff is great but slow as molasses every time I'm here. It was 20 minutes before they took my order. Drive thru line wasn't so long.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and it happens every single time I come
The place is very dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. No hand soap, papers everywhere, and floor very dirty. The sitting area has garbage everywhere. This is not the first time in this condition.
I hope this store gets it together soon! It has had endless issues for months. I often just drive through. But now started coming in person and his store is very dirty. I complained about the bathroom being dirty to the point of just leaving and use my house’s.
For the price we pay for a cup of coffee you think you would get the same ambience you get at other stores
