I have gone passed her three times between 11am to 2 pm. No cars whaysi parked in parking lot. No cars in drive through. I noticed it when I come in off Euclid, by buffalo wild wings, on my way into visit jewel. Are they even open?

This place will have you sitting for hour drive thru !! No way contacting no management to file complaints!! They serve food uncooked meat looks dry !! Milkshakes come tasting like if milkshake mix expired bitter taste !! No sanitation been done here cros contamination all over the foods some one shoulf really look into this before people become start getting real sick. You guys be careful eating here this place is not know. What goes inside that store!!

I’ve been going to this Steak ‘n Shake for years. In 2020, the service and efficiency tanked. But I gave it benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic and kept going. Now it’s 2022, and it’s still a half hour wait for a few milkshakes. I think I’m done. At least until the owner puts in effort again.

I went here at 5pm today and the drive thru was closed. The woman inside said they just opened and the flattop grill hasn't even started yet. This has NEVER happened in all my life of fast food encounters. How can you just open at 5pm? If corporate is reading this, please close this location. They are ruining your franchise' reputation.

As others stated...seems like owners just abandoned it to employees with no leadership. 1. Stop touching the straws and putting them into drinks..this is not 1950. 2. " Ketchup only" on a cheeseburger doesn't mean no cheese.... hamburger=no cheese: cheeseburger=cheese. 3. Using tamper proof stickers on the side of a bag does nothing for tamper resistance.Just don't bother to go here.
This steak and shake is terrible, its like its just been abandoned. Not sure they have a franchise owner or a manager at the Randhurst location. They close whenever they want. Like hours earlier than posted closing times and the food lacks any real care. Which at a Steak and Shake makes me think it's probably not edible.

Curbside does not work. The instructions say to call. The phone doesn't work. I left feedback on corporate site with no response after 2 days

The Steak n Shake back home (south) makes sure they make your food right and are always on point. This one does not, it continually makes food wrong and the inside is disgusting. The health department could probably shut it down if it chose to.

I am a steak 'n shake lover. I have always loved their burgers, fries, onion rings, and we can't forget about the shakes! However, this location is a disservice to the franchise. This location is severely understaffed, therefore causing long waits and inattentive service. Today, I sat in the drive-thru for 45 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window, I peeked inside and only saw one girl handling the drive thru as well as the register in the dining room. I was then handed my drink along with an unwrapped straw on the side. This is very unsanitary, especially in the midst of a pandemic. These are just some of the many issues this place has... Although I will continue to support steak n shake as a business, this location is not worth my or your time.

Ordered 2 meals in the drive through. We received 2 meals with exactly 1/2 of the ingredients. The fries cups were half empty, the drinks were full of ice to the top, the burgers were mini and had only one piece of bacon and one tiny tomato. I filled out the feedback form to Steak 'n Shake HQ, but never heard back. This was one an amazing franchise that has unfortunately crumbled.
